All exhibitors must comply with applicable national laws and regulations. Additionally, they must adhere to the following regulations:

1. In the event of fair cancellation due to force majeure, the organizer shall not be liable for any losses incurred by exhibitors. Fees paid by exhibitors to the organizer will not be refunded.

2. If any claims arise from an exhibitor's actions that result in losses for the organizer, the exhibitor shall compensate the organizer for such losses.

3. No exhibits or activities that do not align with the CIHF theme are permitted in the exhibition center. Exhibitors shall be liable for any losses if they are removed from the exhibition center due to a breach of this regulation.

4. During the fair, booths must display exhibits and be staffed by personnel at all times. Exhibitors may not dismantle their booths or withdraw from the exhibition for any reason during the event.

5. Exhibitors and their contractors must comply with exhibition regulations when constructing booths, using audio and visual equipment, and conducting activities in the exhibition center.

6. Exhibitors shall ensure that their contractors are informed of the "Exhibition Profile" and "Exhibition Manual" and comply with these regulations.

7. The organizer reserves the right to reallocate the size and position of booths if deemed necessary. If an exhibitor cannot accept the reallocation, they may withdraw from the fair. The organizer will refund only the fees paid by the exhibitor. The organizer shall not be liable for any further claims beyond this reimbursement.
